Gate park is located within 20 kms radius of International Airport. It comes under Edulapally village, Kottur Mandal, Mamidipalli Gram Panchayath, Mahboobnagar dist. We are offering residential plots.

4) Can we visit the site?

Of course the customers can visit the site personally.  Please inform us in advance so that we can make the arrangement for site visit.

5) How much will be the registration charges?

Well, the approximate registration charges would be Rs 1 lakh. 

6) Are there any development charges?

We are charging a nominal amount of Rs 250/- per sq yard towards development charges which includes electricity lines, underground draingage system, water facility, sewer lines etc.
